Returns & Refunds


Tiny Tales Taxidermy want you to love every Tiny Tale purchased, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, then we’ll be happy to replace the item (where possible) or provide a store credit.

In order to be eligible for a replacement or store credit, we require:
  • Photos of the product, sent via email to tiny-tales@outlook.com with a clear description of the product issue within 30 days of the date on the tax invoice.
  • Your Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned products. This may result in the products not being accepted for replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Kindly note that a change of mind is not a valid reason for a return or refund.
